- Given that the ACAs effectiveness will depend upon other agencies, such as how quickly the courts dispose of corruption cases, the report also include details on the effect the actions of other agencies have had on its work.

- The media can shape public opinion and, most of all, change norms about corruption. There is a strong need for communication and collaboration to be effective in order to strengthen efforts to fight corruption.
- ACAs without a communications strategy have a significant disadvantage because they do not know when and how to inform citizens and the public. This can lead to the loss of allies and sometimes create unwitting enemies.
