Extraterritorial Anti-corruption Legislation Workshop

This will be an intensive training workshop that will be conducted by highly experienced facilitators on international laws and anti-corruption compliance in order to conduct corporate activity and ethical business and commercial transactions, fund development, contract management including cross-border sales and tax advice when dealing with foreign investors worldwide. The Extraterritorial Anti-Corruption legislation workshop will cover topics on how the extraterritorial reach of the UK Bribery Act and US Foreign Corrupt Practice Act will impact all businesses in Africa: Putting “Adequate Procedures” and a “failure to prevent bribery…” into Regional Context.
